At Klivem, we approach returns with the same care and consideration as our products.

If your purchase is not suitable, we aim to make the process clear and straightforward.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Fragrances, candles, and diffusers that have been opened cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety considerations

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your order and place a new purchase separately.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear images of the issue.

We will resolve the matter promptly.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as Klivem cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
