Each piece is prepared with care before it leaves our maison.

Shipping

All orders are processed and prepared within 1–3 working days.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times

United Kingdom: 2–4 working days
Europe: 4–7 working days
International: 7–14 working days

Delivery times may vary during periods of high demand or limited releases.
We currently ship to selected international destinations. If your location is unavailable, please contact us.

Preparation & Presentation

Every Klivem order is carefully presented and protected for transit.
Our packaging is designed to preserve the integrity of each piece while reflecting the maison's understated aesthetic.

Returns

If for any reason your purchase is not suitable, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
Fragrances, candles, and diffusers that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return your order and place a new purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting images.
We will resolve the matter promptly.
