Welcome to KLIVEM, a maison devoted to the art of fragrance. These terms explain how you may use our website and purchase our products. They are intended to be fair and transparent, and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

These terms apply to purchases from klivem.com. They are read together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies.
2. The products
Each listing identifies the product's principal characteristics, including fragrance format and size, along with the price. Fragrance is experienced differently by different people. Images and product colours may vary slightly according to screen settings. Read all ingredient information, precautions and hazard warnings supplied with the individual product.
3. Orders and contract formation
Before you submit your order, you can review and correct the products, delivery address, delivery options and total price. Submitting an order is your offer to purchase. Our initial confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and is not, by itself, a promise that it has been accepted. We accept the order by sending a dispatch or other explicit acceptance confirmation, at which point a sales contract is formed.
If we cannot accept an order, for example because stock is unavailable, delivery is legally restricted or there has been an obvious pricing error, we will tell you and reimburse any amount taken for the unfulfilled order without undue delay.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, delivery charges, any taxes we collect and the final total are displayed before payment. The available payment methods are displayed at checkout. For international purchases, additional duties or clearance charges may be payable if they are not collected at checkout, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. No optional paid extras will be added without your agreement.
5. Delivery and passing of risk
Delivery services, permitted destinations and fees are displayed at checkout. Our preparation and delivery estimates appear in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Where we arrange the carrier, we remain responsible for the goods until delivery as required by applicable law. Your legal rights in the event of late, missing or damaged delivery remain unaffected.
6. Cancellation, returns and product faults
Most UK and EEA consumers have a statutory right to cancel an eligible online order within 14 days after receiving goods, subject to limited legal exclusions. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full instructions and the optional cancellation form. Goods that are faulty or misdescribed are covered by separate mandatory remedies. These rights are not limited by our return procedure.
7. Product safety
Use all products according to their labels, warnings and instructions. Alcohol-based fragrances and some diffuser liquids may be flammable. Keep products away from ignition sources, children and pets as instructed. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Our Care & Usagepage offers additional general guidance but does not replace product-specific directions.
8. Your account and appropriate website use
If you use an account, please keep the access credentials secure and provide accurate details. You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, impair its operation or infringe other users' rights. We may take appropriate and lawful steps to prevent abuse.
9. Intellectual property
KLIVEM's original branding, website copy, photography, design and other original content may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property rights. You may browse and use the website for your personal shopping. Commercial reproduction requires permission unless allowed by law.
10. Our responsibility
We do not exclude or limit liability where the law forbids doing so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer remedies for defective goods. We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses resulting from our breach of contract or negligence where the law provides for this. Nothing in these terms overrides your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
11. Privacy and cookies
How we use personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where required, you can accept, refuse or alter optional cookie permissions using the Cookie preferences control on our site.
12. Complaints and applicable law
If you have a concern, contact info@klivem.com so that we can try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, consumers resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom or EEA retain the benefit of mandatory consumer-protection rules and court rights applicable under their local law. Nothing requires you to give those rights up or bring a consumer claim exclusively in England.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders and use of the website. The terms that applied when we accepted your order will govern that order, subject to applicable law and any later express agreement. We will give legally required notice of changes affecting your rights.
